Fachliche Bestimmung: Le service clientèle mobile est numérisé. Les personnes disposant de services de service planifient des rendez-vous sur un tableau de bord visuel. Les techniciens voient des commandes sur des smartphones/tablets, enregistrent les heures de travail et les matériaux consommés, documentent les dommages par caméra et font signer le client directement sur l'écran tactile. Le rapport de service fini est immédiatement archivé en PDF.
