Kliendi toetuspiletid, SLA-eskalaatsiooni etapid, piletide suunamine ja ühendamine tellimustega ja kliendiportalliga.

Fachliche Bestimmung: Kasutajate taotlused, häirete ja teenushoiute kanalitamine. Piletid on võimalik luua otse kliendiportalist, e-posti teel või manuaalselt. Toetatakse sisemist meeskonnatööd (mis jäävad klienditele nähtamatuks), aegade salvestamist ning kliendile määratud teenustaseme kokkuleppe (SLA) järgi kohaletoimetamist.
